Ans: Follow the below steps and successfully place your order:

Step 1: Visit www.Buysports.IN and go to your favorite category.

Step 2: Choose the product which you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 3: You can add more products to your shopping cart or can proceed to checkout.

Step 4: If you are a new customer then register yourself on the website. If you are an existing customer, then log in with your credentials. Also, you can check out as a guest.

Step 5: If you are a new customer then enter your shipping address or select your already mentioned shipping address if you are an existing customer.

Step 6: Now, select the payment method & complete your payment process.

Step 7:  Once the payment is done, you will be redirected to the payment success page & shortly receive an order confirmation email.

Ans: We are providing free shipping on orders above Rs.1000. A convenience fee OF RS 99 will be charged for orders below Rs.1000. 

Ans: We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 2-3 working days in ALL major AND  metro cities. For other locations, however, the delivery may take up to UPTO 10 working days. Some products that weigh more like balls cartons, tennis nets, etc. are sent by surface mode and may take between 3 to 10 days depending on the location.

Ans:  Completion of payment will be redirecting the customers to the payment success page displaying payment done successfully. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail on your registered e-mail address.

To get information regarding order status or tracking, Registered users have to do Login – “My account section” – “Your orders”- “Track”.

For guest users, We will also send you the e-mail with the name of the shipping company & the tracking number of your consignment, once the order is shipped. 

This facility will not be available for guest users. They will however receive an email with delivery details.

Ans:  In case if you didn’t receive your order within an estimated time then we recommend you to please contact us within 15 days of non-delivery. Our customer service team will assist you within 48 hrs of your request.

Ans: If you are not available at your home during the time of delivery then anyone from your family members  can receive your courier from the delivery partner. In case, if there is no one available at your residence the delivery partner will re-attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning it to our warehouse.

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However there may be circumstances where demand exceeds our supply, in such case we will notify you at the time of checkout if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hrs and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days.

We do not ship products outside India. However you can access the site from around the world and place orders by providing shipping address in India.

We have a 30 days return policy subject to terms and conditions provided by the brand. For more details refer to our return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

Ans: There are NO hidden charges at all. Our prices are ALL INCLUSIVE  and buyers need not pay any extra amount which is not shown at the time of checkout. 

We do not share your personal data with any third party or use it for any commercial purposes. Please note that some of your Information will be passed on to our partners like courier companies, credit card processing companies, vendors etc. to enable them and Buysports.in to fulfill your order requirements. Multiple coupons cannot be applied at the same time.

We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of order delivery for the following cases: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. For racquets, the plastic on the grip will have to be intact as delivered. The price/barcode sticker should also not be tampered with. Overall condition of the goods should be in unused condtion. Final decision will rest with buysports. 

Note: Heavy & Costly items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.

In case of return reason is ‘no longer needed or Ordered in error’, that time also we will accept the return only on eligible products , but forwarded and reverse shipping charges will be born by customer.

In case of customer want replacement with different color or sizes , we will do, but customer have to bare the shipping charges.

We issue refunds within 5 – 7 business days on our end post-approval of the refund. Your bank can take up to 5-7 business days additionally  to process and reflect it once initiated on our end.

You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed by navigating to My Account > Orders

In case of Prepaid or Advance Payments using Cashfree transaction fee will be applicable.

In case of your order product is cancelled from our side due non-availability, your full money will be refunded within one working day.

If the order status has got processed further then it’s not possible to directly cancel it. We suggest you to contact us.
If the order is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it and If it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders , however shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
